A       Please send your artwork as vector art (*.eps, *.ai) with all text converted to outlines. We have some art guidelines that can be found on our File Specs                   Page. You will also find downloadable templates to assist you when you are creating your design(s).

         If you are using the Look Like Designer and would like to upload your own artwork, you can use .jpg, .gif or .png files.

A       Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an e-proof of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!

A       Yes. If you are trying to get your order to match a printed item (such as a ceramic mug, textile, color proof etc), we ask that you send us a sample of that            item. We'll then be able to use that item for color matching when your order is in production.

          Please note artpaper& absorbent ceramic & cork are an uncoated (not glossy) material and we'll do our best to match your orders to your sample item as              best as possible. If we anticipate issues with color matching to your item, we'll advise you immediately and offer possible solutions.
